Most people are stuck in the same loop:
- Wake up
- Check their phone for however many hours
- Finally get out of bed and brush their nasty teeth
- Eat food
- Head to their 9-5, come home and watch tv
- Sleep and repeat
You and I both know that's the life we want. We want change and success.
How do we achieve that? Simple...change.
Start small.
Take some time to reflect your life. What has it looked like? What are you happy with? What are you disappointed with? Where would you like to be?
Reflection is the first stage to achieve change.
Then Identity the methods you can take to change your life. Don't try and become David Goggin in one day, it won't work.
If you want to incorporate running into your life? Practice getting your running shoes on and stretching, nothing more.
Without a doubt, you will want to start the actual running, but you can't. You must first create the habit of getting into your running gear and getting outside.
Once you have created that habit, you can start running for a couple minutes.
Change starts small, but it compounds into great results.
Follow this format and you will without a doubt get ahead of 99% of people.
